石門外海「德翔台北」貨輪擱淺後，油料外洩引發政府消極的批評，行政院長張善政昨到場視察表示，請大家回想一下，從出事情到目前有幾天可以作業？「一架直升機墜毀，兩條人命威秀電影票 書局 台中丟掉了，這樣還說不夠積極，說的人要摸著良心！」
張善政昨天下午在環保署長魏國彥、新北市長朱立倫陪同下到場勘災。他表示，行政院重視漏油汙染事件，政府有百分之百的強度處理，在安全無虞下，全力控制汙染，監控航道安全，並補償漁民損失。
朱立倫表示，這次事件對整個海洋生態、觀光及漁業都有很大的影響，對漁業的損失和對在地鄉親的影響，會請在地區公所、漁港處、里長認證，從寬照顧居民及漁民。
德翔海運董事副總經理涂鴻麟則指出，「德翔台北」貨輪因海象惡劣昨日凌晨船舶中段出現裂痕，還好船舶後段油艙200多噸由已經抽完，前段油艙230噸油也未溢出，目前溢出的是管壁殘油，估計不超過10噸。
德翔說明，公司配置貨櫃，受海浪影響的高危險區域皆放置船公司自有空櫃，其它重櫃部分都在本公司監控中，預計於下周二海象轉好後，立即展開殘油移除暨貨櫃吊卸作業，降低影響周遭航道暨海洋生態的可能。
